To earn the Tonic Collector Achievement, you need to acquire all 53 tonics in BioShock. Most can be found throughout the game world (linked below), but the rest are either Purchased at Gatherer's Gardens, Invented at U-Invent machines, or earned as Research rewards. Additionally, three (Armored Shell 2, Prolific Inventor, and Safecracker) are received as Gifts for rescuing Little Sisters. Note that you will need to rescue 18 Little Sisters to receive the gifts needed to earn the Tonic Collector Achievement. Also note that Plasmids do not count towards the Tonic Collector Achievement. Spend your ADAM wisely!
