1. After completing the jumps, look up to see the first secret starship above the catwalk. You can't grab it just yet.

 
2. After entering the crouch-jump room, look over the right railing to spot an enhanced tricorder on the floor.

 
3. Use the tricorder to modulate this control panel. You'll find it midway down the ladders near the end of the first set of exercises.

 

 
4. Return to the crouch-walk room and take these stairs to the now-accessible Jeffries tube.

 
5. Follow the Jeffries tube and catwalk to the Golden Starship.
